Wayne
Duvenage

A BSc Graduate with over 30 years experience in travel and tourism service industries. During the period 2007 to 2012, Wayne was the Chief Executive of Avis Rent-a-Car in South Africa, at the time when the company refined its service excellence processes and culture to generate outstanding improvements and results for the business. Wayne has also held positions as; a Board Member of the Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA); President of the South African Vehicle Renting and Leasing Association (SAVRALA) and Chairperson of the Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance (OUTA). "While doing things right and challenging mediocrity is central to my outlook on life, my real passion lies in driving organisational service excellence, through highly motivated and engaged employees" says Duvenage.

Athabile
Jojo

Athabile Jojo is the Director of Sales & Training, having joined the Excentris team after a number of years as a senior Leader in both the Corporate and Entrepreneurial worlds. Athabile has a successful and colourful past in being the Head boy of both his Junior and Senior Schools, and represented Durban High School and Kwazulu Natal in rugby for his age group. At Varsity College Jojo's leadership abilities saw him elected to the role as the Chairman of the Learner Representation Council. Having spent a successful period in the Corporate in a Branch Management role at Avis, Antabile's entrepreneurial flare took him into the the Plant Hire and Fast Food sectors and was elected as the Deputy President of the Youth Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Eastern Cape, in August 2014. Athabile's extensive people and leadership experience was identified and Excentris seized the opportunity to bolster their Sales and Training capacity by appointing hime to the team. His ability to share his experience and engage with all levels of Leadership is valuable and adds to the Excentris' team of leadership excellence.

Beverley
Shapland

Beverley has been involved in entrepreneurial businesses all her working life, and consults to team eXcentris. Bev specialises in all administration matters, training material and business trend research. Her prior experience has allowed her to support eXcentris through her ability to develop and design training material in the Customer Experience, Internal Staff Measurement, and Leadership arena's
